Since we only charge when we physically ship an item, if you had any items that were backordered, you will see a separate charge when those items ship.
You can add one (or more) gift messages to your order. During check-out, click on the Free Gift Messages box. You will then be able to type in the recipient’s name, a gift message, you’re from name and designate which toys go to that recipient. If you have more than one gift message, simply SAVE the first one, then ADD another. If you purchased gift bags, the gift message will help our warehouse pack the correct toys into each bag.
Yes, you can still make a purchase if you are using a VISA or MASTERCARD debit card; alternatively, you can pay by cash on delivery.

No, we only deliver within UAE. If you wish to send the item outside the UAE, you’ll have to bear the responsibility and any shipping, handling, forwarding & related costs.

That means that it is out of stock, but that we are expecting it to be back in-stock soon. You can call our Customer Care staff toll-free at +97165337418 to have them check when we are expecting to receive that item, or to split your order. Backordered items are not automatically split out, but Customer Care can split the order for you. (You will not be charged extra shipping for splitting the order.)

The whole process, right from receiving your returned items in our Customer Fulfilment Centre, to running a check on the returned items and your bank processing the return, will take 2 to 3 weeks.

You can return the item/s within 30 days of purchase and get a refund as long as it meets our return policy. However, any shipping, handling, forwarding & related costs will not be refunded and will be at your own expense.
When you reach our Thank you page with the confirmed details of your order, it means it’s completed and we’ve got your order with us. We’ll also send you an email and SMS confirming that we’ve got your order.

Sometimes our toys sell out faster than we expect, but we’re working just as fast to get it back on our shelves, so enter your email address in the text field where it says Item currently out of stock and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s back with us.
We’re so sorry this happened, but if your order or part of it was cancelled it could have been due to us running out of stock way too quickly. There could also be instances where we couldn’t verify your payment details, which we would have automatically started working on your refund.
